Angel's Feather

This 8 inch long feather is made of metal but is still as light and flexible as one would expect a feather to be. It can serve as a divine casting focus. If using it as a focus whenever you cast a spell that restores hit points you may use your bonus action to heal your self for a number of hit points equal to two times the spell level cast. 

As an action you may consume the feather and cast Guiding Bolt at level 3.
