Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement by a champion of nature)

This magical Longbow is formed of thick metallic vines and naturally occurring crystals,  it was formed by Melora herself as a boon for a person who would defend her will and protect the life of the world. While attuned to this bow you score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or above, have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls, and deal an additional 1d8 damage on a hit. In addition to this, when you land a successful attack with this bow, you may call the attack as a Vine Shot, The attack deal an additional 1d10 piercing damage, and the target must succeed a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or become Restrained until the end of the next round. You may make a Vine Shot a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier per short rest.

 

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
