Wondrous Item, rare

Arsenal Gloves are a variation of the more common Bag of Holding. Instead of holding nearly anything, Arsenal Gloves are designed to hold weapons. When weapons are stored inside the Arsenal Gloves, they cannot be detected by any normal search, or with any magic that is limited to the wearer's current plane of existence. Advanced Divination spells may be able to detect the presence of weapons stored in the Arsenal Gloves, as would a properly worded Wish or similar magic. The gloves do radiate magic as a normal Wondrous Item of its type would. The gloves usually appear as well-made soft leather gloves with a faint blue rune in the palm of each glove, but their appearance can vary depending on what type of gloves the creator used. The gloves regain any mundane characteristics they had before they were enchanted.

There are three extradimensional spaces inside the Arsenal Gloves, each designed to hold certain weapons:

Small Pocket - This pocket may hold one weapon with the Light or Finesse weapon property, or up to 10 pieces of ammunition for another weapon, or one magic wand.

Medium Pocket - This pocket may hold one weapon with the Versatile weapon property, or one weapon which doesn't fit in another pocket.

Large Pocket - This pocket may hold one weapon with the Two-Handed, Heavy, or Reach weapon property, or one magic staff

The weight of stored weapons does not effect the weight of the Arsenal Gloves, which always weigh just two pounds. Retrieving an item from the gloves requires a bonus action.

If one or both of the gloves are pierced or torn, they rupture and are destroyed, and their contents are scattered in the Astral Plane. The gloves cannot be turned inside out, and there is no opening where items enter or leave the Arsenal Gloves. Instead, items are stored in or recalled from the gloves when the wearer speaks the command word, with the items appearing or disappearing in a dull blue flash.

Placing Arsenal Gloves inside an extradimensional space created by a Bag of Holding, a Handy Haversack, or a similar item instantly destroys both items and opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can’t be reopened.
