Arc Stone of Elements

A polished piece of multi-coloured agate, wrapped in copper wire. While attuned to it, a caster's elemental spells shift and change. Fire spells seem drained of their energy, so much so that they're freezing. Icy spells seem to collapse in on themselves and send off thunderous sound.
