During a short rest, you may use this vessel to harvest your own life force, sacrificing health to store inside the amulet. You may only sacrifice 5HP+CON per short rest and can store a maximum of 30 hit points in amulet.
As a bonus action, you may tap into this reserve to take the whole contents into yourself or someone you touch, healing the target for as much as is currently stored in the amulet.
