Weapon (dagger), rare (requires attunement by a by an illusionist)

The favored weapon of Assassin's, the Assassin's Blade uses illusion magic to make it's killings nearly undetectable. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon against creature's who have not yet taken a turn.

When you kill a creature with this magic weapon, the body becomes invisible, and an illusion of the killed creature appears in the space where it was when you killed it. This illusions lasts for 24 hours, and acts as the creature would act. The invisibility also lasts for 24 hours.

Additionally, you can use your action to cause the dagger to look like some other item of similar size. For instance, you could make the dagger look like a hand mirror. The change lasts for a minute or until you deal damage with it. Additionally, it takes your concentration as if you were concentrating on a spell.

The illusions wrought by this magic item fail to hold up to physical inspection. For example, if you use this magic item to kill a dragon and thereby create an illusion of a dragon, objects pass through the dragon, and anyone who touches it would feel nothing. To discern that the illusions are false, a creature can use its action to inspect them and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check with DC 13.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
