These magical bracers are made from the hide of a blue dragon and occasionally deliver a small, harmless static shock to the wearer.

Whilst wearing these bracers, your unarmed attacks can build electrical charges. Each time you hit a hostile creature with an unarmed attack, you gain one Charge, up to a maximum of 10 Charges. All Charges are lost when you leave combat and are no longer in an initiative order.

Overcharge: You may expend 5 charges from the bracers to overcharge your unarmed strikes. For the next 1 minute, your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d4 lightning damage. Whilst Overcharged, the bracers do not build further charges.

Ultracharge: You may expend 10 charges from the bracers to cast lightning bolt.
