When this bookmark is first placed in a spellbook, the arcane caster learns 3 additional spells from the previous owner, two of which must be from outside their school. This bypasses the usual time and monetary costs of spell recording and only works once per spellbook.
 As long as the bookmark remains in the spellbook, the arcane caster may prepare 1 additional spell per day, which must be from outside 
 their school. (Requires attunement to your book, but does not take up 
 an attunement slot for your character.) This does not affect the number
 of daily spell slots available. If this bookmark is ever destroyed, three simultaneous wild magic surges form and all associated pension and retirement payments for the original awardee are forfeited back to Candlekeep in perpetuity as a donation.
