While wearing this pendant, you are immune to any disease, and you cannot be cursed. If you are already infected with a disease or afflicted with a curse, the effects of either condition are suppressed while you wear the pendant. Additionally, you gain neither the beneficial properties nor the drawbacks from a cursed item while wearing this amulet.
