You gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws while you wear this cloak. Also anyone who dons the robe may not speak a lie. This compulsion remains on the character for 24 hours after the robe is removed. A remove curse spell ends this compulsion early, but putting the robe back on renews it for another 24 hours.
