A thin, shining platinum chain with a large pendant of deep sapphire set in platinum. The Amulet of Vik-Ru Thundermark was rumored to have been lost to the ebbing of time and the earth. Some claim it was buried with Thundermark, and any recovery of it back to the waking world would bring grave consequences.
When equipped, the Amulet's chain shrinks rapidly to constrict around the user's neck. The user feels a surge in their magic powers but also finds it difficult to breathe.
Upon equipping the Amulet, the user loses 2 points of CON and gains 2 1st-level spell slots. When exerting themselves, the user gets exhausted more easily; gaining 1 level of exhaustion per 5 contiguous rounds of combat. When worn with the Maximilian Zweihänder Armor, the CON effect becomes only -1.
The Amulet can be removed only by using the Remove Curse spell, or by breaking the attunement of the Amulet.
