This translucent blue liquid was first invented when Tiamat attempted to gain control over the Material Plane using her dragon acolytes. The alchemical formula used to make it has since been lost to time. The liquid is contained in an indestructible crystal vial and an iron cork. When the liquid makes contact with any part of a non-undead, non-construct creature, that creature immediately falls unconscious until either the creature has a spell cast on it, the creature takes any damage, or a month has passed, and the rest of the contents of the vial are destroyed. You can spend 1 minute coating a weapon with this liquid. After you do this, it sticks to the weapon (even under water or lava) for 24 hours or until it makes contact with a creature.
