The silver and iron metal of this amulet are twisted together into a spiral design and etched with runes. Attuning to the amulet provides a sense of clarity, as though a fog is lifted from the mind by a fresh breeze. The amulet gives the following effects:

- Increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You always know which way is north.
- You always know the number of hours left before the next sunrise or sunset.
- You can accurately recall anything you have seen or heard within the past month.
Unerring Memory: While wearing this amulet, you are shielded from the following effects.
- Your memory may not be altered by "Modify Memory" or similar magic.
- This protection may be overcome by spells of significant power such as "Wish" or the effects of "Divine Intervention", or temporarily disrupted by dispel magic.
