Armor (plate), artifact (requires attunement)

Long ago, there were two red dragon brothers, Ephelomon and Solomon. These brothers caused havoc and devastation throughout many generations on the forgotten realms. The eldest, Solomon, was gradually outgrowing his younger brother Ephelomon in terms of power. Growing exponentially envious of his brother, Ephelomon sought other means in order to gain enough power to beat him. He began contacting Tiamat, who promised him vast power in turn for his servitude. Soon enough, with the power boost from Tiamat, Ephelomon launched an attack on Solomon and betrayed him. Even with his newfound abilities, Solomon was still out of his grasp when it came to raw power, upholding his title as the Juggernaut Dragon. With no other options and nowhere to hide, Ephelomon begged Tiamat for assistance, and she agreed. Seeing that her new consort was no match for his older brother, Tiamat decided to do the next best thing. Using a ritual, she tore Solomon's soul right out his body and immediately placed it into an armor made for her by her head cultists. Thus, the armor known as The Juggernaut Dragon was born. Wanting to see this battle, Garl Glittergold was just around the corner when he witnessed this turn of events. He knew that if the armor remained here, she would gain massive influence on the material plane. So, while Ephelomon and Tiamat were reveling in their victory, Garl quickly stole the armor and teleported out of there. He quickly disposed himself of the armor in an old keep and left. This armor now rests in the keep, gathering dust and waiting until someone dons it.

The suit is made of dragon scale, adamantine, mithral, orichalcum, shadowfell linen and stellar iron.

While wearing this armor, you gain a +5 bonus to AC, you have advantage on saving throws against the Frightful Presence and breath weapons of all types of dragons, and you have resistance to all damage types of dragons. Additionally, you can focus your senses as an action to magically discern the distance and direction to the closest dragons within 150 miles of you. This special action can be used three times a day. You are resistant to damage from normal slashing, piercing and bludgeoning weapons. While you're wearing it, any critical hit against you becomes a normal hit. If you normally have disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks or has a Strength requirement, it now doesn't. You have advantage against Strength and Constitution saving throws against spells, magical effects and anything else. The cape gives you resistance against force and psychic damage. You have resistance against necrotic damage. In addition, the armor's clawed gauntlets turn unarmed strikes with your hands into magic weapons that deal slashing damage, with a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls and a damage die of 1d8. (Basically it's like the totem of the bear barbarian's ability but quite a bit better.)

Once a day, you can activate it's special ability, Juggernaut Drive, and become immune to damage for 1 minute and are able to use Frightful Presence with a DC of 20.

The armor also magically keeps you insulated in cold and cooled in massive heat.

If a dragonborn is to don this armor, they immediately sprout ashened fiery wings. If any other race is to don the armor, they instead sprout fiery spectral wings. Fly speed is 40ft.

Curse. Once you don this cursed armor, you can't doff it unless you are targeted by the remove curse spell or similar magic. Once you wake, the armor absorbs a large portion of blood in order for it to function and leaves you with three levels of exhaustion for three hours. It also instills the immense pride of a dragon within you. Any insult made towards you and your dear ones will have you roll a d100. On a 1-60, you curb your wrath and ignore the nuisance. On a 61-80, you remain highly irritated throughout the rest of the encounter, giving you advantage on Intimidation, but disadvantage on Persuasion, Performance and Sleight of Hand. On a 81-100, your exuberant wrath unfurls its wings and you attack the nuisance without a second's hesitation.

After wearing this armor for a month, a deep and gruff voice begins to speak to you. This voice belongs to the ashened red dragon Solomon, the imprisoned elder brother of Ephelomon. He will tell you of his betrayal and imprisonment , and asks for your assistance in freeing him. He requires the blood of an ancient red dragon to be poured onto the armor, and for the heart to be placed inside the breast plate. With this, his soul is freed and he regains his corporeal form. You gain a daunting and powerful ally. The armor becomes a +3 armor with resistance to all damage types and magical slashing and loses all other benefits and curse.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.

Notes: Str. 15 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
