This forked metal sigil measures about 6" across and weighs 1 pound. You can ring the fork at the end of a long rest, attuning it to you. Once the fork is attuned, it should be pressed onto exposed skin, destroying the item, but leaving a permanent scar in the shape of the forked sigil. While you bear the scar, you may attune to one additional magic item. Removing or healing the scar destroys the effect. Your GM will decide if wounds taken damage the scar.
Due to strong magical interference, a creature can only attune to one fork at a time. If a creature attempts to attune to a second fork, both open a rift as described when placing a bag of holding in a handy halversack.
Never two I tells em. One's a plenny for any knight or lord, but dat ice-air'd elf got more coin than sense, and I fear e may wind up forkin imself and erryone nearby.
