A wonderous Item made by the Arbiter for the joy of the god. The instrument when found is made of what looks like a bluish grey marbling with a silver filigree. A wonderous tool for those with the talent for it. The Arbiter's Revelry starts as the users preferred instrument when found. Upon playing this instrument it will become bound to the one who played it. After it is bound to the user it will become a +1 focus to the user and have the ability at will to become a +1 Rapier.
Encore: Once per day as an action you can play the instrument to regain 1d2 bardic inspiration dice.
Arbiter's blessing: when in combat you can use a bonus action to reroll a failed save or attack roll. (once per combat. 2 time's a day)
Resonance: once per turn you can add 1d4 force damage to a melee attack.
Arbiter's Guidance: As the user grows stronger so will the tool.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
