An amulet that when worn and attuned to, powers up any spell cast by the spellcaster.

The amulet has 3 charges per long rest, the caster can choose to spend a charge in this item to cast the spell at 1 level higher with no extra cost to the caster. If the spell is already to be cast at level 9 spell, a charge cannot be spent.
