An enchanted glaive that best suits those who seek to attack from afar. The smith who crafted this ebony-plated weapon did not understand the process of magical enchantment for a melee weapon, so they consulted a wizard. In the end, a weapon of great strength was produced, but the smith did not know how much magic was imbued within this glaive. Given enough time and the right temperament, the wielder can come to know the limits of its power.
Current Effects:
Glaive Adept: While attuned, you gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls, and you have an additional 5 feet of movement speed.
Well of Power: Your glaive draws energy from the natural elements into its attacks. When you attune to this weapon for the first time, you choose one of the following elements: fire, lightning, cold. Once per turn when you deal damage with this weapon, you can deal an extra 1d8 of your chosen elemental type.
Spectral Mount: While attuned, you can summon a fey creature to serve as your mount. You can change which creature you can summon at the end of a long rest during a 10 minute period of uninterrupted focus. This effect functions as an enhanced version of the spell Find Steed and can be used a number of times equal to half of your proficiency bonus rounded down, uses replenishing after a long rest. As an action, you can summon your steed to a space you can see within 5 feet of you, and it can be dismissed as a bonus action. The creature will vanish when left unattended for 1 hour.
