Weapon (glaive), artifact (requires attunement by a by an Elf with proficiency in quarterstaffs)

This scythe was created in a realm of shadows and darkness, using a black ingot from the realm which is unidentifiable by anyone who isn't from the realm. Demonic energies poured into the staff of it and the darkness enveloped the blade creating a weapon for one of the vampires who enchanted it with runes along the metal snath, reading in a mix of Abyssal and Primordial one word after the other "Life will be stolen from the enemies of the wielder of this weapon, pouring energy into the blade and its possessor.".

Attuning to the Artifact. When you first attune to the artifact, it gives you a quest determined by the DM. You must complete this quest as if affected by the geas spell. Once you complete the quest, you are no longer affected by this property, but you take 4d10 psychic damage afterwards as the magic seals itself to you.

Eldritch Blast. If you are holding the scythe, you can use your action to cast the Eldritch Blast spell from it, Use Charisma as your spellcasting modifier and add your Charisma modifier to the damage it deals on a hit. The spell levels up with you as the cantrip itself does.

Vampiric Touch. If you are holding your scythe, you can use your action to make an attack on a target while having the effects of Vampiric Touch. You use your normal scythe attack + Vampiric Touch as your damage total. If you lose concentration, the spell ends and you need to roll a d6. On a roll of 1-5, you can't cast it again until the next dusk. Use Charisma as your spellcasting modifier.

Dark Protection. While attuned to the artifact, the dark energy within the scythe gives you a +1 bonus to your Armor Class and you can't be charmed or frightened

Demonic Gift. While attuned to the artifact, the demonic flows into your body, allowing you to regain 1d6 hit points at the start of your turn if you have at least 1 hit point and the energy lightens your feet and your dexterity increases by 2, to a maximum of 24.

Darkening Presence. While attuned to the artifact, a darkness sweeps over the area around you, making any nonmagical flames extinguish within 30 feet of you.

Demonic Presence. While attuned to the artifact, the demonic energy corrupts a portion of your body, making your eyes turn into a crimson red.

Proficiency with a Glaive allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
