The Nothic Eye is a glassy orb full of an Outsider's Energy. The Eye allows you to force a creature you target to make a DC 12 Charisma (Deception) check. Versus the user's Wisdom (Insight) check. If they fail, you can learn one secret about the target. Or, you can target a creature and they have to make a DC 12 Constitution check. If they fail, they take 10 (3d6) necrotic damage.
