Animated Quill

This feather quill has been enchanted to assist the busy scribe. Once activated with a command word, it will write down everything the speaker says, as long as ink and writing material (such as paper or parchment) is within 5 feet of it. The quill is able to re-ink itself, and turn pages as needed. It can write any language that the speaker knows. It will continue to write until the speaker says the command word again.
