Arcane Blood Pill

This red pill is filled with blood from beasts with magical energy or made with enchanted blood. When you consume one of these pills you recover 1 spent sorcery point.
If you consume a second one in less than 1 hour after the last one, roll a d4 and look the table.

1. You enter in bloodlust, the nearest creature is your prey. For 1 minute you try to hunt down your prey, attack him/her until you reduce or are reduced to 0 hit points.
2. The blood fuels your vigor. You gain 10 temporary hit points in addition to the normal efects of the pill.
3. Your body is filled with raw magic. Recover one spent spell slot of lvl one.
4. Instead of recovering one, you recover 2 sorcery points.

If you consume a third or more after the second one in less than 1 hour you recive the normal efects of the pill and suffer one level of exhaustion.
