A metallic sapphire on a jet black alloy chain has a green sheen when viewed by candlelight or a purple-white sheen when viewed by magical light. This amulet has 4 charges that allows the wearer to quicken their actions momentarily. By expending a charge the wearer gains the effect of Haste for 1 round (without the stun aftereffect).
The amulet regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the amulet's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the amulet crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.
