If the bearer of the Amulet of bloodlust speaks the word of command he feels an incredible rage.
After the Activation of the item, the bearer of the amulet gain the Stat changes and the Condition "Bloodlust rage".

The bearer ignores all damage dealt to him until the rage ends. The damage will be summed up and hit the bearer after the rage.
That means he isn´t unconscious when reaching 0 HP during the rage. If this happens the bearer gains 2 Level Exhaustion after the rage ends.
If the summed damage exceeds the amount of double the damage the char dies (also during the rage).
