This breastplate was used by the first champion of the gods Gyasps over 3,000 years ago. It is made out of adamantium with accents of brass going from the sides to the large lightning crystals on the front, back, and both shoulders. When charged, the person attuned to the item is allowed to use a powerful lighting surge with any creature in a 10 foot radius. Those creatures must make a Dex(DC 20) saving throw. Creatures will take a full 5d10 lightning damage on a fail and half damage on a success.
This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
Notes: Resistance: Lightning, Damage: Lightning, 1 hour to attune, Combat, Warding
