Aiden Adden's Conspiracy Board

Aiden Adden, bard extraordinaire from the barony of Tuhl, had a theory. In fact, he had so many theories that he crafted a board: A Pepe Silvia-esque mindscape of loose ends and crazy thoughts. This handheld notebook is filled to the brim of wild exaggerations and stretches to the point where it can no longer be closed. This magical artefact provides the user with the following benefits:

• The user must spend at least one hour each day adding to the conspiracy web. Otherwise, they gain 1 point of exhaustion. Upon death, the user's name is magically added to the book with a simple question mark added to it. 
• The user has disadvantage on all checks related to the notebook. Its secrets are well known to you and yet, you know nothing about the truth of the conspiracy.
• The user has advantage on all charisma checks that try to lure people into believing any of the theories of the notebook (that the user barely understands).
