Armor (plate), unknown rarity
You can temporarily summon dragon wings to allow you to fly (80 feet) and you are immune to the damage type the dragon was. You also gain the breath weapon of whatever dragon it was, 60 foot cone or line, each creature must make a DC 16 Dexterity save or take (5d8) "___" damage or half as much on a successful save. (The item maker isn't letting me do choices so your on your honor)
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
