The wearer can channel their magical power into the tattoo. Allowing it to function as a Arcane Focus, Druidic Focus, or a Holy Symbol. Freeing the mages hand of the spellcasting focus.
This robe grants a +3 to spell attacks, and allows you to ignore half cover. It also adds 3 to your AC, and allows you to cast Mage Armor and Shield up to 4 times per short rest.
