Amulet of Storms

A necklace with a trident shaped amulet in the center with small shells dispersed around the string. Gives the wearer the ability to breathe underwater, a swim speed equal to their move speed, and they can make melee attacks without disadvantage while underwater as a bubble envelopes their entire body and their weapon whenever they enter water. This bubble also keeps the wearer dry whenever they enter the water.

Once per day the wearer can ask Poseidon 1 question. He may or may not answer.

Once per day the wearer can summon a small earthquake as an action. Everyone within 30 feet of the wearer must make a DC 15 dexterity save or be knocked prone.

Once per day the wearer can take 10 minutes while outside to summon a storm in a 5-mile radius which lasts for 1d8 hours. While outside during a storm everyone's vision is obscured, and the heavy rain gives disadvantage on attacks. However, in the rain the wearer is enveloped in a bubble as if they are in water, both keeping them dry and allowing them to see and attack normally.

The necklace can also separate into up to 4 necklaces with diminished power. Once split up, the necklaces give the wearers the ability to breathe underwater, but that is all as a bubble envelopes just their head. This can also be used during a storm to allow all the wearers to see normally, but still attack with disadvantage.
