Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a wearing for at least 24 hours)
This amulet is adorned with the scale of a diminutive dragon. The scale is very pale pink with an opalescent shimmer.
When the wearer is the target of a magical spell, the ring has a chance to reflect the spell back to the caster.
Roll a D20.
If the spell is harmful to the wearer, a roll of 17 or higher will reflect the spell back on the caster. The caster must make their own saving throw or reroll to determine if the spell hits them and the amount of damage or effect.
If the spell is beneficial to the wearer, a roll of 2 or lower will reflect the spell back on the caster.
