Ring, very rare
A normal ring but at a closer look, it looks like it is attached on to the skin of the user. Forever stuck unless the hand is severed.
The look of the ring is a gold coated ring with decorative skulls ingraved on to it. The gem is a red ruby the size of a thumb in the middle of the ring. Once it is attached it wraps around your middle finger engraving into your flesh in a slightly painful process.
The ring shoots a mind spike the size of a nail. If your die is higher then it's AR it will plunge itself into the beings body (only works on humanoids) then it must take a CON 13 saving throw to resists its power. If fail, you then have full control of the person.
