This amulet has 3 charges. possessing a creature takes 1 charge, the charges fully recharge if 24 hours have passed without the Amulet being used. The amulet does not break if all 3 charges run out
As an action you can target a willing creature you can see within 30-feet, your body and everything you're holding and have equip de-materializes and becomes absorbed by the targeted creature, possessing them. While possessing that creature, you have full control over that creatures body and actions and take their turns for them, as well while possessing a creature, that creature gains temp HP equal to (your CON modifier + your level) and any physical damage that creature deals increases by (half your max level rounded down) as true damage.
As well you may target a non-willing creature you can see within 30-feet to possess, they must make a wisdom saving throw (4 + your proficiency bonus + your wisdom modifier), on each of that creatures turns they must remake the saving throw to break free and forcing you to re-materialize.
As a free action on your turn you may stop possessing a creature and re-materialize in an unoccupied space within 5-feet of the creature you were possessing, the same is true if you are forced out of the creature.
