Amulet of Echo Location

The amulet lets out a small hum that only the wearer can hear and allows the wearer to perceive all things and gives a true dark vision effect in a 30ft radius. The wearer can perceive all things within 30ft radius and within a direct line of sigh regardless of the light level as though he/she could see with dark vision (colorless vision). Obviously this does not allow for perception of color and if used in a perfectly unlit room would only allow a perception in black and white like dark vision. This effect allow the user to see with their eye closed but will also limit their sight to 30ft in all directions if used this way.
