This bottle has the force of a cumulonimbus cloud compressed and contained within. The stopper has a dial on its top. Turning the dial to the different labels (all written in Auran) has different effects. Though the bottle is considered to be magical, the storm inside and any spells or effects it creates are not. The bottle typically has 2d6 + 18 charges.
Gale. The bottle turns sideways if it was not sideways already. The stopper opens several small holes in its top, releasing high-force winds. The bottle creates a gust of wind in the direction it is facing. The save DC is 15. The effect persists without concentration and can persist for longer than a minute as long as a charge is expended for each six seconds it does.
Pour. The bottle turns upside down if it was not upside down already. The stopper opens one medium-sized hole in its top. The bottle begins pouring water at a rate of one gallon per six seconds. For each six seconds the effect persists, a charge is expended. If there are no more charges, the effect ends.
Storm. The bottle turns upwards if it was not turned upwards already. The bottle casts control weather. For each charge left in the bottle, the weather becomes a stage lower on a table shown in the spell in the following order until that table does not have a lower stage: first Precipitation, then Wind, then Temperature. Using this does not expend every charge in the bottle if there are no lower stages left.
When the bottle runs out of charges, the storm within it disappears and the bottle becomes useless.
