This thin, silver headband allows the wearer to project aspects of their astral form into other planes of existence. A creature attuned to this headband can move using their mind, gaining a flying speed equal to their Intelligence modifier x 10 (minimum 5 ft.). A creature loses this flying speed if they are unable to concentrate or if they are concentrating on a spell. Also, the wearer can project its mental power onto the mind of another creature. At the end of the wearer's turn, it can deal psychic damage to one creature of its choice within 120 ft. of it; this damage equals the wearer's Intelligence modifier (minimum 1 damage).
Also while wearing this headband, if a creature spends at least 10 minutes silently meditating, it can cast greater restoration on itself. This spell is cast without any verbal, somatic, or material components, and it requires no action to cast; so as long as the creature's Intelligence score is above 0, it can use this feature. Once a creature uses this feature, it must take a long rest before it can use this feature again.
