Weapon (morningstar), artifact

This weapon, born of experimental magic, interferes with the planes of existence, pulling at the very fiber which holds them together.

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

When attacking with this weapon, roll two d20s, the first to determine if the attack hits and the second to determine if a random spell will be cast. If you roll a 20 with the spell die, cast a random spell from the list. Determine which spell is cast by using the result of the attack die, and then match it with the list of spells below. If the spell is hostile or neutral, target/center on the target of the attack(if the target is dead, randomly choose a new target for the spell). It hits automatically. If the spell is beneficial, target/center on the wielder of Aiko's Folly.
