Amulet of Undeath

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

This is an amulet that depicts a jade skull of a bearded  devil, with a blackened metal of unknown origin forming a chain which can be hung around the neck. 

While wearing this amulet, the character receives the following benefits:

• While wearing this amulet, Undead will ignore the player character so long as there is at least one living humanoid within 60 feet.
• The player has advantage against being frightened from the undead.
• Once a day, you may use an action to target 1d4 undead creatures of a challenge rating no greater than 1 and attempt to control them. All undead creatures targeted by this effect must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw versus your spell casting modifier. On a success, the creature take 1d4+ spellcasting modifier of psychic damage. On a failure, the creature becomes friendly to you for the duration of 1 hour and is able to respond to simple commands. 

While wearing this amulet, the character receives the following curses:

• The player receives disadvantage on  Wisdom Saving throws
• The player receives the following flaw: "Everyone around me has an agenda. I cannot truly trust those around me."
• While attuned, the player receives the following curse: Gnarled Hands:  Any attack or skill check that involves the use of hand receives -2 on attack rolls and skill checks that involves hands. Think magically bad arthritis. This curse may not be removed while attuned to the amulet.
• Other negative conditions may occur at the DM's discretion.
