This gold coin has one incredibly shiny "like new" side, the other is blackened with scuff marks and dirt.
Once a day the owner of this coin can flip the coin instead of rolling a d20.
Heads critical success, tails critical failure.
At dawn roll a d20, if you roll a natural one the coins two sides lose all markings and become normal. The coin is now a regular gold piece worth 1gp.
