Weapon (dart), legendary

This arrow appears to blacker than the night sky. It's made of an otherworldly material unknown to you and fletched with the same material. It seems to warp light around it in odd ways. The arrow head and fletchings float separate from the shaft, but they all follow each other as if connected. When fired from a bow, the material becomes highly unstable and explodes upon impact in a 1d6 times five-ft-radius sphere. All creatures in the area must succeed on a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw, taking 1d100 psychic damage on a failed save or half as much on a success. If you roll less than 20 for damage, the arrow is recoverable but cannot be used for the next 24 hours. All creatures and objects not secured to the ground are launched 10 feet into the air, away from the center of the explosion, towards to the edge of its radius.
