This emerald colored scaled mail gives you advantage on stealth, and a +2 to saving throws and AC. It also makes the wearer resistant to lightning and thunder damage. If the armor is worn by an elf or half-elf it gives a +3 to saving throws and AC instead, you becomes immune to lightning and thunder damage, the armor does not impose disadvantage on stealth, and the wearer gains advantage on initiative and attack rolls. If you are attuned to at least one Astalos weapon with this armor your damage deals an additional 2d8 lightning damage to your attacks and your weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20. You are considered proficient with this armor even if you lack proficiency with Medium Armor.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
