The amulet consists of a palm-sized golden triangle with three interlocking circles inset. The wearer of this amulet can focus on it during a short rest and know what the weather will be like in the current area for the next 24 hours.
While attuned, the wearer is granted the following:
- You regain 1d6 hit points at the start of your turn if you have at least 1 hit point. Outside of combat, doubles any hit dice rolled during a short rest.
- You gain proficiency with the History skill
- You gain proficiency with the Nature skill
- You gain proficiency with the Persuasion skill
- You have resistance to lighting damage
- You gain immunity to disease
- You can use an action to cast the spell Divine Word once per day. The spell must be available to your class in order to cast it. You must also be of the appropriate level to cast the spell or succeed on a DC 17 Arcana check to cast it. On a fail, the spell is not triggered and you are unable to cast it again this day. Resets at next dawn.
Gift to the Eladrin from their queen, Angharradh. Legend speaks of other such amulets and a special ability granted by uniting them. The amulet can be used as a druidic focus or holy symbol of Angharradh or her three aspects (Aerdrie Faenya, Hanali Celanil, and Sehanine Moonbow).
