Angels Folly

This Belt is made of Starmetal and crafted by High Elves of a Forgotten Time, those who knew how to wield the stars with magic and the essence of the great beyond. 

While Attuned to Angels Folly a Creatures Armor Class is 15 + Dex Modifier and is granted to following effects

• A Creature is granted resistance to All Damage Types. 
• When you hit another creature with a Weapon Attack that deals Bludgeoning, Piercing, or Slashing Damage you can choose to instead deal it as Force Damage. 
• As a Bonus Action you can choose one creature within 30ft and switch places with them. The creature must make a Dexterity Saving Throw against the belt (DC = 23), On a failed save the creature takes 5d8 Radiant Damage and you are granted a Ranged Reaction Attack with a Weapon in your main hand. The belt calls your weapon back to your hand after it hits or misses. 

Siphoning Power: Each time you are hit by an attack you are granted a Folly Dice (d6). You can have a number of Folly Dice equal to your Proficiency Bonus + Your Charisma Bonus, at the end of a long rest all Folly Dice are removed. On each of your turns when you have a Folly Dice you can choose the following effects. 

• You can deal additional damage using any number of Folly Dice you have. 
• You can expend all Folly Dice and Shoot a Radiant Beam of Power At an Enemy within 120ft of You. This Strike automatically lands a critical hit as it weaves around any obstacle including armor to strike your foes directly. Dealing (1d6) Radiant Damage, the number of d6 is increased equal to the number of Folly Dice you have 
• You can expend 2 Folly Dice to Gain a Flying Speed of 30ft for 8 Hours or Spend 3 Folly Dice to Gain a +10 to Any Skill Bonus you choose for 8 Hours
• You may siphon a enemy Creatures Intelligence or Wisdom Score, Roll 3 Folly Dice and Reduce that creatures Intelligence or Wisdom score by the total. The next time you attack after you have used this effect you are granted an additional Dexterity Score equal to the amount you siphoned from the enemy creature for 1 Day.
