Wondrous Item, very rare
This metal spheroid is surrounded by rings and is roughly the size of an atlas globe. The metal radiates cold, but does not have any visible or audible power source.
Touching it restores your lowest level expended spell slot and allows you to swap one prepared or known spell for another- one time.
