Aelis' Death Portent (AFG)

This ring has 3 charges. You can expend a charge in order to automatically succeed on a Death Saving Throw. The charge must be expended before rolling for the Death Saving Throw and cannot be used subsequently in order to negate a failed roll. Once all 3 charges are expended, the ring becomes a mundane item with no magical properties.

Once all 3 charges are expended, the ring becomes a mundane item unless blessed again by Aelis or a Wish spell is cast on it.
