Arrow of Shadow Pinning

When this arrow pierces the shadow of a creature, the creature whose shadow was pierced will have their body part(s) that corresponds to the part(s) of the shadow that were pierced are pinned in place midair. If this arrow pierces multiple creatures' shadows, all those creatures will fall under this effect. The effected part of the body cannot be forced from spot they are pinned to. If the shadow shift position, the point that is affected on the creature's body also shifts. If the arrow is removed the creature is released. If a "Dispels Magic" spell targets the creature, the effect is removed for 1/2 a second before resuming on the creature. This will cause the affected spot on the creature to shift if they shift their body position. Targeting the arrow is the target of the "Dispels Magic" spell, it's effect end until it hits another creature's shadow.
