Amulet of Duchess Willoughby

A small silver locket with a small red heart shaped ruby inlaid into the front. On the back is an engraving in ancient elvish your DM will decide what is on the back. Reading the inscription on the back requires a DC16 history and proficiency in elvish. Reading the inscription in a soft sensual wispier releases all stored creatures. 

This item can hold up to 10 willing creatures inside the locket. Inside the locket time passes at 1/4 of the speed (1 hour inside the locket is 15 min ) The inside of the locket is a magical luxurious love villa designed to keep those inside happy, healthy and sexy. To enter the amulet the creature must kiss the ruby.

Inside of the amulet is 1d4 of the Duchesses old lovers.
