The amulet has two sides, a black, light consuming mirror and on the other side a mirror emitting bright light when activated. A magic caster gains the spell "counterspell". When you cast a counterspell, the spell level of the other creature counts as 1 Level lower then the used spellslot. On the other hand, a spell cast by you counts as 1 Level higher then the used spellslot.
