A seemingly ordinary pen that when uncapped transforms into a bronze blade. Due to the properties of the blade, it sheds dim light in a 5 foot radius when uncapped. Additionally this weapon will magically return to the pocket of the user after 1 minute of not being carried by the attuned.
Monsters of the Favored category must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of the blade until it is either stowed or dropped. Additionally monsters of the favored type take an additional 1d8 (1d10) Radiant damage from all attacks that come from the blade. This damage scales to 2d8 (2d10) when the user reaches 7th level, 3d8 (3d10) when the user reaches 12th level, and 4d8 (4d10) when the user reaches 18th level. Finally, this weapon has advantage on all attack rolls against favored enemies.
This weapon counts as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
