Amulet of the Feast

A small, pitch black, hexagonal amulet on a sliver chain that has a faintly glowing compass rose on it's face. Grants the wearer resistance to hunger damage and the ability to tap into it's power once per short rest (Amulet Anarchy). Amulet Anarchy gives the user an additional attack action, +1 to AC, and double speed for two rounds.  The user gains a level of exhaustion after using this ability.
