This amulet is in a shape of an unblinking eye. Looking at it, it seems to move slightly, observing the perimeter. It seems to be investigating possible hazards and analyzing associated risks. You feel safer while wearing it, knowing you are guarded, and your senses are hightened.
The amulet has 1d6+1 charges out of maximum 7. You can use a charge to grant yourself an advantage on a Perception or Investigation check, whenever you make one. You can also use it to give yourself or an ally an advantage or a Dexterity or Wisdom saving throw or to impose disadvantage on an attack targeting you or one of your allies. If used in battle, you need to use your reaction to do that, when an appropriate trigger (whatever propts a saving throw, or the attack) happens.
Regain one charge whenever you cast an abjuration spell.
Reaction Surge. You can use the magic of the eye to temporarily improve your ability to respond to triggers. You can take an additional reaction during a round of combat, on top of the reaction you already took after the end of your most recent turn. Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.
